After a mysterious group known as the Circle of Scholars begins posting their research on the fabled Door in the Mountain, the chief constable and his deputies scour the city to crush the rebellion before it begins.
With loved ones swept up in fervor of the rebellion, and the gallows looming for any caught, June must find the door and the man who closed it so long ago.
